Convergent synthesis of silylated allylic alcohols by a stereoselective domino, sequential radical-coupling reaction.

چکیده

General. 1H and C NMR spectra were measured on Varian Gemini 2000 (300 MHz for H) instruments, and are reported in parts per million (δ) from internal tetramethylsilane or residual solvent peak. IR spectra were recorded on a Shimadzu FTIR-8200, and absorptions are reported in cm. FAB-MS spectra were recorded on JEOL IMS-300 spectrometer. 3-Nitrobenzyl alcohol was used as a matrix for FAB-MS. Melting point was measured by Yanaco micro melting point apparatus. Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) was performed on Japan Analytical Industry LC908 equipped with JAIGEL-1H and 2H using CHCl3 as eluent. All spectra were measured from a mixture of two diastereomers. Solvents used for silica gel chromatography were deoxygenated by bubbling argon gas for 5-10 min.
